These are exactly as described and are just perfect. I've been using one of them to help my posture sitting through long work days and it's just the right size to help line up my spine better and remind me to sit up straight. Definitely helping me to be in less pain!
I use these mini bolsters every day. They're so useful for my yin yoga practice, providing perfect support right where I need it. I also have used them to adjust a chair to be more ergonomic -- I even took them on a road trip recently, and they made it much more comfortable to be sitting for hours at a stretch.
I enjoyed these blocks so much, I bought 2 sets! A nice alternative to the slipperiness of the usual foam blocks.
They came just as pictured. The block in the left of photo still has plastic on it; on the right does not. I am excited to see if the shop makes reusable / non slip covers for the blocks in the coming months. I kept plastic on one set for easy sanitation but would so love some zazzy, patterned covers that would make cleaning and sanitizing the blocks a breeze.
