Enhanced Thermo Therapy Experience:

Rice Filled Yoga Pack

Cool Compress: place in the freezer for 2-3 hours for cold relief

Warm Compress: microwave for 30 seconds shake to redistribute rice and repeat until desired temperature is reached.
